grout! Our sealer far supasses any clear sealer you may have tried in the past. The sealer is a water based, modified acrylic
that penetrates the top 1/16" (approx) of your grout lines and then cures and hardens to form a stainproof barrier. Spills
wipe up right away! You won't believe your eyes! You can choose from hundreds of colors - we match all manufacturers grout
colors! This means we can restore or protect your grouts original color or we can change your grouts color completely! Your
choice! With either option, we leave your home or office with gorgeous, uniformly colored, virtually stainproof grout lines

We use a high pressure extraction machine to clean your tile and grout. The Hydroforce SX12 cleaning head (shown here)
has two water jets blasting dirt and grime out of your grout lines while extracting any and all dirt and grime from tile and
grout. All this is contained under the 12" head so that baseboards and walls are protected from overspray.

After surfaces are cleaned we color stain/seal your grout lines to give them color uniformity and a virtually STAINPROOF
seal. Most soils will bead on the surface of the grout instead of being absorbed by it. This makes your maintenance a snap! Shown above
is an extreme color change. We can also match & restore your original grout color as shown to the right. With either process,
when completed you are left with a counter, shower or floor that looks brand new...and better yet...stays that way!
